SomerSet Sparkling Hard Ciders Named SomerSet after the region in England where American hard cider finds its roots. Beak & Skiff Hard Cider incorporates the latest wine making techniques with cider's old world beginnings. * SomerSet Original - An old favorite updated for the 21st Century, with a pleasant crisp hint of apple flavor. [Semi-dry - Alcohol content: 4.5%] * SomerSet Rose - A sassy combination of apples and raspberries. Refreshingly light with a soft pink color. [Semi-dry - Alcohol content: 4.5%] * SomerSet Red - Apples and blueberries combine for a deep, full-bodied appleberry flavor. [Semi-dry - Alcohol content: 4.5%]

Beak & Skiff's Varietal Apple Wines Wines made from a single variety of apples. Each wine demonstrates the unique flavor traits of the apple variety used to make the wine. *Empire Apple Wine - Made from Empire apples with the full flavor and clean finish of a just picked apple. [Dry - Alcohol content: 12%] *Gala Apple Wine - Made from Gala apples with a hint of spice. [Semi-dry - Alcohol content: 11%] *Northern Spy Wine - Made from Northern Spy apples with a rich yet subtle hint of the harvest. [Semi-dry - Alcohol content: 11.5%] Traditional Series Hard Ciders Hard Cider is a traditional beverage in both Great Britain and France and was once the beverage of choice in Early America. Beak & Skiff's Traditions Series highlights the best characteristics of those British, French and Early American products. *British Traditions Hard Cider - A still, higher alcohol content product with all the character of the best British farmhouse ciders. [Dry - Alcohol content: 6.5%] *French Traditions Hard Cider - Like French "doux" cider, lightly carbonated and full of apple flavor. [Sweet - Alcohol content: 2%] *Early American Traditions Hard Cider - Reminiscent of the best cider produced in Early America when every household had a cask or two in the cellar.
