At the Beak & Skiff Farm Distillery we produce artisanal vodka crafted from apples in a small batch distillation process. Our vodka tastes like vodka, not like apples. It is most likely the smoothest and cleanest vodka you have ever tasted.
CLOSED FOR THE WINTER
The Still Beak & Skiff's 450 Liter copper pot still was meticulously crafted by CARL Artisan Distilleries and Brewing Systems,
Germany's oldest still fabricator. With a 25 foot tall rectification
column and 19 rectification plates, our pot still has a modern helmet
design which stimulates the operation of an old world alembic still. This distillation equipment allows us to craft an especially fine small
batch vodka. With this still we can also produce other artisanal
products from the apples we grow, such as apple brandy and eau de vie. We are planning on creating these products in the near future. If you can't make a trip out to our distillery you can purchase our vodka at several local liquor stores and restaurants!
