Credit Card Security
We know that security is very important to you. Therefore, we use PayPal, an established online payment processor, to handle your payment when you place orders through our store. We never pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and we never store unencrypted data.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges are included in our prices for tax free items such as Apple Packs. There are NO ADDITIONAL charges for these items. Shipping and handling charges are added to taxable items such as Wines and Hard Ciders.
Shipping
We ship via UPS to the 48 continental United States. We CANNOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's or POST OFFICE Boxes.
Restrictions
CALIFORNIA and ARIZONA have regulations that can create significant delays in shipment--PLEASE call 1-800-398-8683 for the latest status on these restrictions.
Returns
At Beak and Skiff, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the 'Send Us A Message' link above. We will either refund your purchase price or reship the item.
